Meghan Grace's Baptism

We had Meghan Grace's Baptism on November 16th.

It was a special day!

Fr. Freitag celebrated Meghan Grace's Baptism. It was a beautiful ceremony.

Thankfully the water was warm.

Meghan Grace was a lucky little girl. She had two sets of Godparents. Bill and Julie Bowen and Bob and Gail Bowman. Understandably, Bill and Julie could not make it from South Dakota. Pictured are Bob and Gail Bowman.

Halloween

It was great to be back in Seattle to spend Halloween our favorite way...with our good friends the Thompsons. We had our traditional Halloween Chili and then the kids went trick or treating and got buckets of candy. Maybe we can start our diets tomorrow.

Birthday Fun!

Party, Party, Party! Our little guy turned 4!

On the day of his birthday, Joseph woke up and started his day with a yummy dinosaur breakfast. Then it was off to see Dr. O'Neil for his 4 year check-up. This wasn't great planning on mom's part as his visit included a shot. All was not lost though because then we were off to the salmon hatchery to meet up with one of Joseph's most loved people...Aunt Gail. We had a great time and then it was off to one of Joseph's favorite places...The Donut Factory (AKA Krispy Kreme Donuts). We ended the day with a party at Grandma's and Papa's house to have a double birthday with Phylis who also celebrated her birthday on October 23rd as well. What a fun day.

The final celebration was on Sunday at our house, where Joseph had a Dinosaur birthday party with his friends.

How Time Flies...

I can not belive that Meghan Grace is already two months old. How time flies...but I wish it would slow down just a little.

Meghan Grace is growing so fast and sometimes it seems like she gets bigger almost overnight. She now weighs 11lbs 8oz. Wow! But the biggest treasure this last month...Her little smiles. These are what are really melting our hearts these days.

Pumpkin Patch

We found a little fruit/veggie stand that also had a pumpkin patch. It was a very rainy day, but we didn't let that stop us from finding some great little pumkins.
